Today we will try both methods i.e. download SAP LAMA Software via Maintenance Planner as well as downloading software manually from SAP marketplace.
Download SAP LAMA Software via Maintenance Planner
Go to the SAP maintenance Planner URL:

Click on the “Explore Systems”
Then click on the desired SID to proceed. If you don’t see the required SID, click on the “Add System”
After you click Add system you will get below screen to Accept and click next.
In this screen we need to provide the XML file. XML file can be generated from Tcode SPAM. Please refer another blog post in this website for more details.
In our case, system was already present in the Maintenance Planner, so we selected it and moved forward.
Select the “Install or Maintain an Add-on and type SAP Landscape MGT STD 3.0
Choose the latest version of SAP Landscape MGT STD 3.0 from the dropdown. In our case latest version was 32.
Our database is Oracle. By default HANA will be selected. Uncheck HANA and select Oracle.
Select appropriate OS and DB version. We have selected Linux on x86 64bit and Oracle and kernel 753.
Select kernrl 753 for Windows x64bit.
Now select IGS 7.53, Host Agent 7.22, JVM 8.1, and Software Update Manager 1.1
Now click “Confirm Selection”
We will receive a popup Warning window. Click Continue.
Now in this screen we will see Stack Dependent and Independent files.
When we will expand Stack Independent Files we can see .VCM LVM files which is related to LAMA.
Don’t select Java Patches
Click Next.
In this screen we can download the Stack XML and push software files to Download Basket.
We can see below general info in the Maintenance Plan
Download SAP LAMA Software manually from SAP marketplace
Go to SAP Marketplace and click on Support Packages & Patches. Choose “By Alphabetical Index (A-Z)
Click on L and then select “SAP Landscape management STD”
In this screen select “SAP Landscape management STD 3.0”
Now we have to click on “Comprised Software Component Versions”
We have to download both: VCM LVM 3.0 and VCM LVM CR 3.0
First download VCM LVM 3.0
Select the OS Independent from the dropdown and then select the latest patch. Currently SP32 for VCM LVM 3.0 is the latest patch.

Now we will download VCM LVM CR 3.0

Download SUM (1.1 and 2.2)
To install LAMA software, we would require SUM. So we have to download SUM as well.
